Our admission process is simple and hassle-free. Our counsellors and admissions managers are always available to guide you through every step, from selecting the right curriculum and school programs for your child to preparing for their first day at school. To become a part of the MIET family, parents are required to register their child after meeting with the admission counsellor. Once the registration formalities are completed, an informal interaction is conducted to understand the child’s readiness to join the school, including their developmental milestones and any special needs they may have. Admissions for all classes are carried out through a transparent process based on the categorization established by the school in line with its objectives. The confirmation of admission is communicated to the parent or guardian both online and telephonically. After admission, the child is assigned a class, section, and house.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURES AND RULES

  • Availability of Forms: Registration forms can be obtained from the School Office or downloaded from the school website.Registration does not guarantee admission; it is subject to seat availability and school criteria.
  • Submission Requirements: Completed forms must be submitted to the School Office along with a registration fee of Rs. 600/- before the registration deadline.
  • Form Validity: Incomplete or illegible forms, or those submitted without a passport-size photograph, will not be accepted.
  • Interaction Schedule:Dates for informal interaction will be provided at the time of registration. The school reserves the right to reschedule if necessary.
  • Age Criteria (as per NEP 2020): Nursery: 3+ years LKG (Lower KG): 4+ years UKG (Upper KG): 5+ years Class 1: 6+ years The age must be correctly specified on the form; no relaxation will be granted.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION

  • Photo Copy of Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation or the concerned Civic authority.
  • Photo Copy of Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation or the concerned Civic authority.
  • Certificate from competent authority in case of SC / ST /OBC.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

  • Filling and submission of admission form
  • Payment of admission and quarter fees
  • Following to be submitted along with the admission form:
  1. Two coloured recent passport size photographs of the Student, Father, Mother & Emergency Contact Person.
  2. Original Date of Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation or the concerned Civic authority and a photocopy of the same.
  3. Proof of Residence: Voter Card / Aadhaar Card / Electricity Bill / BSNL Bill / Water Bill / Passport (two copies of any one to be enclosed).
  4. Original Transfer Certificate and photocopy of the Report Card issued by the previous school. Students who are under transfer from school outside U.P. must have their transfer certificates counter – Signed by the Inspector of the school of the state concerned.
  5. Photocopy of Aadhaar Card of the student, mother and father
